Welsh football star Ramsey has increased the bounty for leads regarding the vanished dog named Halo to $20,000.
The former Premier League club Arsenal and Cardiff midfielder, who currently represents Pumas UNAM in Mexico City, mentioned that the beagle was last seen in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato state area.
Halo, who went missing on October 9th, was had on a tracking device, and the footballer shared a exact coordinates of the spot she vanished from.
"Any sort of information concerning our beloved Halo kindly get in touch with us. Substantial bounty for finding her. We are all praying she is unharmed and can be back to our family quickly," the athlete posted on Instagram.
Initial Bounty and Heartfelt Appeals
Ramsey initially disclosed that Halo had vanished two weeks ago and has subsequently posted multiple pictures of the beloved pet on Instagram.
A £7,500 reward was originally offered, but with lack of updates on the dog's location after a seven days, the player and his family doubled the reward.
"Our only wish is our pet back," he expressed in another plea on social media after the decade-old dog went missing.
The most recent image share is a monochrome image of Halo snoozing, her head resting in the crook of Ramsey's elbow, with the message: "What I wouldn't give to embrace you one last time sweet Halo."
Family's Concerns and Context
The footballer has additionally circulated a message from his wife Mrs. Ramsey on social media indicating they have a few "pressing concerns" surrounding the disappearance and worry the household "might not get explanations".
